Reload command is not working for C9410R

Hello,

We are trying to reload the entire chassis but reload(C9410R) is not happening. Below are the logs. FYI Here there are 2 SUP 1 module (Active & standby).

Could you please let me know reload command will do entire chassis or redundancy reload shelf need to be applied.

         1) Check and verify the current value of the configuration register
         2) Check logs when the reload command is attempted (look for additional info's and or errors if any) ,

I dont see any logs  when the reload command is attempted .

Post the complete output to the command "sh version".  If this what I think it is, then it is a known bug.

I dont see configuration register value in this model(C9410r). Where i can check?

 - Actually in IOS-XE , there is (another) equivalent for config register : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-9300-series-switches/216850-configuration-register-equivalent-clis-i.html , check your settings accordingly ,

Issue the command "show version" and post the the entire output. The config-register value is at the very end of it.

Let me repeat what I am asking:  Post the complete output to the command "sh version". 

If you are unwilling to following basic instruction(s), please raise a TAC Case.

check the time in router and do commnd again after 5 min from time you get and check
