Remove Private AS in BGP session

Hi in Nexus nxos 9.3.13 under neighbor config adress family ipv4 unicast

set remove private as but on upstream route see Private AS number How solve this ???

Can you post the configuration have you configured remove-private-as all replace-as ?

The remove private AS command needs to be applied to the session on the right end (outbound), rather than the session on the left end side (inbound).

You mean Right Side OF my Ebgp ??? or righside off my ibgp is works??

you need to apply remove-private-as toward the neighbor R2 
also there is some restriction of remove private as
