Hi!
We have just replaced a Cisco 2960S iOS version 12.2 switch with a 2960-X iOS version 15.0 48-port switch. Apparently there are some differences, because we configured the new switch just like the old one and are having a problem. This switch has a port that trunks to another small office building with a few computers and now they are no longer accessible on our network. We have a Shoretel VOIP phone system that appears to be working over there however, and the computers are plugged directly into the Shoretel Phones. The trunk port is configured as such (vlan 10 is the computer office vlan, vlan 1088 is the management vlan, and vlan 21 is our VOIP vlan. ) Can anyone tell me if there is there something obviously missing or misconfigured? Thank you for the help!
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/6 description MANAGE switchport access vlan 10 switchport trunk native vlan 1088 switchport mode trunk switchport voice vlan 21 mls qos trust dscp spanning-tree portfast
I can access the switch in the small office building, but can't ping the computers. If I do a traceroute from that switch it hits the gateway and nothing else. If I do a traceroute from another computer in the network it doesn't even have a first stop. Is there any other information that would be helpful in troubleshooting this?

Hi,
What switch is the 2960-X connected to and how is that switch configured?

Thanks for the help. That switch is connected to an Aruba s-1500 12 port switch in the small office. Nothing has changed on that end, but it comes into a trunk port on native vlan 1088. Here are the results of those commands:

Aha, and more mystery today. I got to work early so I could try to troubleshoot those computers in the office to make sure they could do their work today. When I went in there, those computers are accessing our network, the internet and the phones are working fine. I can ping (or remote desktop) out to any computer from inside that office, but I just can't ping (or remote desktop) into computers inside that office from the outside. Strange, but perhaps that narrows down the troubleshooting?
