Hello,
We would like replace 2nd power supply in one of the core switches ( WS-C3750X-24P-S).

I assume that the device don't need to be powered down, as device is in powerstack mode and have enough unused power.

Hi there,
Yes it is hot-swappable.
From the hardware install guide:
The power supply is hot-swappable. In some configurations, such as full PoE+ or power sharing mode, removing a power supply causes powered devices to shut down until the power budget matches the input power of a single power supply.
cheers,
Seb.
