Reset Use name and password on a WS-C2948G-GE-TX Switch

Anyone Know how to reset the "Use name and password" on a  WS-C2948G-GE-TX  Switch?

Essentially:

• connect the console cable and establish a console session
• power-cycle the switch
• enter a blank password within 30 seconds of seeing the password prompt
• issue the "enable" command
• use "set password" to reset your new access password
• use "set enablepass" to set your new enable password
