Can you advise will the following technologies GRE tunneling, multicast, ospf and L2tpv3 cause any kind of resource utilization (cpu usage , memory usage) than the nominal %age while using the given IOS image c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M3 on 2911 router .. setup will comprise of not more than 15 routers hub and spoke environment for services.

personally I don't think you can answer that question with what you have provided without testing it , you should be specking the amount of traffic that's going to be sent through the devices rather the features being used and what the overhead etc will be when using tunnels , the current ISP connections your using , the mount of servers /users and the type of traffic there sending
using that image with those features is just standard its what your going to be doing and pushing through them that may cause an issue if not properly specked out
