Yes, Postman tool can be integrated with Cisco APIC for calling RESTful API.

As POSTman is an open source extension for the Chrome web browser, which provides REST client functionality in an easy-to-use package. POSTman can be used to interact with the APIC REST interface, to both send and receive data which may represent configuration, actions, policy and operational state data.

Please read the question, its asking about plurals.

per me with single rest call we can call 1 Apic only as you call single hostname/IP.
