RMA-how to do RMA

HI,

I have a S/N of a maintenance customer.How do i do RMA.Which site I do have to go.If I go to "rma service order tools"it will show only "service order status tool and view service parts tools only.I suppose I should be able to get an option like service submit tool where I can enter the serial number??Can anybody help me pls??

Hi,

If you have contract for yuour devices with cisco then you may request an RMA and faxing it to your Customer Specialist. Additionally, a softcopy of this form can be provided so that you may e-Mail it to your Customer Specialist or to cisco-sa-customer-service@cisco.com.
