rommon Command Line

Hi I'm configuring a CatOS L3 card and I'm trying to hit the L3 management port in the L3 console port of a 4006 switch card and I'm getting an "rommon" prompt for both my l3 cards. I'm not great w/ caralyst. Any ideas on how to get to the normal router prompts? Thanks.
