Hello Everyone!!
we have a 6506-E and It comes with the image s3223-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXH1.bin by default, then we make the upgrade to the following image s3223-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI5.bin. Then We make all the test and the image can load fine, we can make all the configuration, when we finished turn off the 6506-E and when we want to turn on appears the following message:
Self extracting the image... [OK]
Self decompressing the image : ################################################################################################################################################# [OK]

We thought at the begin colud be the image was corrupt or maybe the config register was incorrect, so we changed it, but still do not works!! Then we change the boot system to the initial image but the error appears again.
Any idea??

Hello Katherine,
That's a hardware failure on the memory on the Mistral ASIC on the supervisor and the supervisor will need to be replaced.
