Hello, please could you kindly show us the output of 'show proc cpu sorted' it might be a bug, so also please show us an output of 'show ver'

What are you using your route-map for? Please show us the configuration of the route-map too.

I would strongly advise you to downgrade to IOS version 12.2(55)SE7 which is probably the most stable version of IOS for this platform. Unless there are certain features in IOS 15 that you need.

It's unanimously agreed on the forum that 12.2(55)SE7 is the best code to be on - so we have this as a backup plan if we cannot help solve your problem, please see what difference it made for me here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2222308

Hope this helps.

Hello, first in your original post you stated you had a problem with a 3750X, but your subsequent posts suggest you have a problem with a C4948 ?

If this is the case please use this document to help troubleshoot the problem.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps663/products_tech_note09186a00804cef15.shtml

If you searched the forum before posting, you could have found that many people have similar problems with the above and the processes although your CPU is below 35% at the time you posted.

There are various bugs related to the processes using the most CPU resources. I would advise you to contact TAC for assistance.

This kind of problem is known to happen when MAC addresses expire and are being learnt again. There are two bugs stated in the document that start with "CSC" so just do a search for them, although there is a possibility that you may be hitting another bug too stated in other posts on the forum.
