sorry not sure what this part means what exactly are you trying to achieve --- I can apply route map on router instant of static route
are you trying to redirect certain traffic with a route-map ?
If that's right you can match the route-map with a acl setting ip next-hop
example in docs below , if thats not right let me know what your trying to do
