Hi,
5 0 Supervisor-Other Unknown Unknown
It appears that the Sup in module 5 has gone bad. Can you reseat the Sup and test again.
You are also running a very old IOS.

Yes, i will reset the module 5, and you have reason the IOS version is very old...
I was thinking upgrade of:
s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF8.bin
to:
s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF17.bin
I don't know if reseting module 5 i wiil have intermitency in the services connected or is necesary a window mantenance to do it,...

Hello iccjflores
The problem could also be that after the supervisor crashed it went into rommon. When you have a unknown supervisor under the show module that means that a redundancy subsystem between active and standby supervisor can't be established, possibly cause the standby sup never came back.
You could try to reseat the module, this a good test, but try to console into the supervisor to have visibility over the problem.
Regards.
