Hello Ahmed,
sup32 PISA is not listed among possible supervisors in C7604 chassis datasheet
>> Supervisor support: Cisco Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engine 32 (WS-SUP32-GE-3B and WS-SUP32-10GE-3B), Cisco Catalyst 6500 Supervisor Engine 720 (WS-SUP720-3B and WS-SUP720-3BXL), and the new Cisco Route Switch Processor 720 (RSP720-3C and RSP720-3CXL)
I'm sorry this may be bad news for you
Hope to help

Hello Ahmed,
the problem is likely caused by the match protocol statements, because they require support for NBAR and NBAR is not supported on all C7600-C6500 supervisors.
It is not a question of IOS image, but rather of different features supported at platform level and it is determined by supervisor type.
only sup32 PISA version supports NBAR
see
compare with sup32 datasheet
check the supervisor type with show module
Hope to help

%%%%%%%%%%%%
does that speech mean that it is supprted to 7604 ??? does this module
