Hello,
I have a cisco 7304, it looks like that only can work with 2bytes ASN. I looked for newest software to update it as far as it is possible, and it didn't work.
I need to use 4bytes ASN. How can I get it? Anyone knows any configuration that allows to use 4 bytes ASN?
Thank you.

Hi,
Do you need to peer with neighbor with 4 bytes ASN, or pass 4 bytes ASN in as-path, or use 4 bytes as your AS?
As you found out, this platfrom doesnt support using 4 bytes ASN.

Hi Lei Tian,
It would be perfect if I can use, pass and peer with 4 bytes ASN.
But, It could be enough if I can configure it to peer with 4 bytes ASN, is it possible?

Hi,
For that, you can config the peer as number as 23456, which is the ASN used for BGP speaker that doesn't support 4 bytes ASN.
