router mobile: protocol not in this image (cisco 1921)

I'm running 15.1(4)M on a cisco 1921 router. Is it possible to obtain an IOS image that supports ip mobility?

when I attempt to enable it I get the following error:

(config)#router mobile

Protocol not in this image
