Cisco 2811 Router is installed currently with c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T.bin IOS image. We are planning to upgrade the IOS.
Should I upgrade with "c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4.bin" OR "2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.151-3.T4.bin. Does it make any difference?
I tried with c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4.bin. But it is dropping TCP packets.

Which IOS you choose totally depends on YOUR environment. You have to figure out what applications and services you will need to run and then match your requirements with what the IOS offers; espically if you change trains.
If you stay on the same train, you can be fairly confident with the newer IOS but no you still need to id your environment and after upgrade, verify things are still operational!!
Hope this helps,
Frank
