router wccp redirected to ironport but cannot access internet

I try to configure router to use ip wccp to force client access internet through proxy ironport and client no need to change configuration on machine to point to proxy.

The packet already redirect from router to proxy ironport but client still cannot access to internet.

Client can ping to internet but cannot open through browser.

Router and ironport can ping to internet and when I change ip address to other that not redirected I can access internet.

I already attach router configuration file and ironport capture files.

It looks like your using wccp 1. Also is Gi0/0 your outside/WAN interface? 

if so, try the following:

config t

interface GigabitEthernet0/0

no ip wccp 1 redirect in

no ip wccp 62 redirect in

ip wccp 1 redirect out

I already configre as your suggestion but ACL redirect-list "proxy" not match except deny ip any any

Extended IP access list proxy

    5 permit tcp any any eq www

    6 permit tcp any any eq 443

    30 deny ip any any (7831557 matches)

any help ?
