RSPAN limitations

Is it possible to configure RSPAN between two switches that are NOT trunked, and are NOT in the same VTP domain?

that's possible, if you can create diffrent vlan for first switch destinatin interface and second switch source interface, browse to link below.

I see,

but if the 2 switches are not trunked, and are connected by a layer 3 port-channel interface, can I still do a RSPAN? (ERSPAN will work, but this is only for RSPAN).
