Thank you for quick reply.
However, have spent whole Sunday to bring it up with the same manuals. there is not too much could be configured on RV260. so, there are two ports(2 and 4) assigned to LAG2.
Tried on switch side:
- LACP is enabled
- LACP is disabled
- short(long is default) LACP Timeout
- Load Balance Algorithm: IP/MAC Address
No VLANs are used, but RSTP is enabled. the switch FW is 1.0.8.3 and it's a bit deffer from manual.
Let me be more precise and as flowing:
- do i need to enable LACP on SG200?
- do i need set Load Balance Algorithm as MAC Address only?
- what's the correct option for LACP Timeout?

seems like the get to the bottom of it: this is RV260 bug based on Support feedback. Bug is 687939373 "BY - RV260P-K9-NA - Cannot create LAG between RV and SG200". hope the fix will be released soon.

just a timeline: support case submitted Nov 2019(687939373 ), the fix was tested summer 2020(in scope of CSCvu36716 - RV260: LAG interface port failover is broken), today Jan 2021 -> it's still not been released...
