RX/Load high

I have a host server connect to the switch on port E2/3, I check status of the port, RX/Load is 250/255, so this is host problem or switch problem? if it is the switch problem, how to resolve, thanks

If your switch port is showing a load of 250/255 (98%), it might not indicate a "problem" at all, just your server is sending at about full port capacity.  If the server is truly sending at such a high rate, it might also indicate the server would benefit from having additional bandwidth.

What bandwidth is the port running at and what kind of server is this?
