Can you please educate me on Cisco Safe harbour, I came nto know this can be a replacement for Sup 720.

I don't follow your question.
Safe Harbor Testing is done on IOS releases targeted to Cat6500

It's not a hardware replacement for Sup720.

Safe Harbor is just a set of additional quality tests that are also targeted against selected 6500 IOSs. If a particular IOS release passes these tests, you have some additional assurance that the IOS is "safe(r)" to use for some critical business functioning.
