Greeting to everyone.
Is it possible to have the same host in different vlans? For example EN2TR,A2ENTR and ETAPs modules have two ethernet (same ip) interfaces to do ring topologies is it possible to use different vlans in the same switch to do a ring topology?.
For example in the following picture is something i would like to do if it is possible.
Thanks in advance
Ring topology to do.

Hi,
If each host has 2 interfaces and you want to use one IP for both, you would need to aggregate the interfaces together and put them in the same vlan,

Thanks for the answer
So it is not possible for each interface with the same ip to be in different vlans?
Thanks for the answer again.

Not that I know. Basically, if you put each interface in a different vlan, you have to give them each an IP if not they will not communicate.
