saving configurations on NVRAM-Error

Hi,

I am having the issue when i use " copy run start " command it gives below error

"Configurations update aborted:request was aborted"

Is this the issue with NVRAM? What is the solution?

What type of device do you have and what version of software are you running?

Here is the details

 Hardware
  cisco Nexus7000 C7010 

BIOS:      version 2.12.0
  kickstart: version 6.2(8a)
  system:    version 6.2(8a)
  
  kickstart image file is: bootflash:///n7000-s2-kickstart.6.2.8a.bin
  
  system image file is:    bootflash:///n7000-s2-dk9.6.2.8a.bin

Please try the following:

1. Run "show system internal sysmgr startup-config locks";
2. Look for the startup lock ID;
3. Unlock startup configuration with "system startup-config unlock " command.

and can i have the BUG ID
