While trying to access the 'User' section in SDM, for some reason we are not able to open the 'Additional Tasks' section under the 'Configure' menu. Accordingly, we are not able to access our User information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Gentlemen,
That is mostlikely a problem with the Java Version you guys are running. Look under control panel for the Java app, open it and under the Java tab look for View, here you should have a list of Java versions currently installed. Try one not higher than update 6 version 7.
That should take care of the problem.
