Server Load Balancing

Hi,

I configured SLB for some webservers we have in our office. I also want to enable "sticky" so the client will always go to the same server once defined. I have never done this before and I'm not sure what a good value is to set as the "timer." Also what relevance does the group ID and the subnet mask have?

Are you doing the balancing in IOS or with a CSM module or CSS?
