I'm going to setup DHCP snooping and had a question about it.
My DHCP server is connected to port 1 on a switch stack. I set that port as "ip dhcp snooping trust"
The trunk link that connects my switches together also gets set as "ip dhcp snooping trust"
Do I have to do anything on my switch stack at the other end of the trunk line? The VLAN's already have the ip-helper address configured.
DHCP server ----------Switch Stack 1<><><><>Switch Stack2---------DHCP Client
Basically, I think this is all I need to do:
Switch1(config)#ip dhcp snooping
Switch1(config)#ip dhcp snooping vlan 10
Change to the trunk interface:
Switch1(config-if)#ip dhcp snooping trust
Change to the interface connected to my DHCP Windows server:
Switch1(config-if)#ip dhcp snooping trust
Change to Switch2 and configure the trunk port that connects to Switch1 as trusted?
Switch2(config-if)#ip dhcp snooping trust

Hi,
Just to add to what has been said, you also need the following commands on all the switches:
ip dhcp snooping
ip dhcp snooping vlan 10
