Setup connection between Multi Layer Switch and Router

I have a toplogy which looks like this

I want to setup connection between the PC and the Edge router. The PC can ping to the HSRP1 router but it cannot ping to edge router. What should i do to configure this? (If it matters, the PC lies inside a vlan)

the fastest way for you to get your question answered is to post the configs of the HSRP1 router, the Edge Router, and the Multilayer Switch.

If your PC is part of a Vlan, is the Vlan interface configured on the Multilayer switch or the HSRP1 router ?
