Hi

We're having issues with SF300-48PP switch, it hangs and becomes not accessible from network, and during this "hang" the system LED blinks amber, after restart switch is accessible for some time and logs show %Environment-A-FAN-STAT-CHNG: FAN#4 status changed - not operational messages that later change to ""operational"". We checked the fans during "hang"state and all 4 funs are working, switch was upgraded to latest firmware 1.4.5.02 and bootcode 1.3.5.06, but issue remains, any ideas what might be wrong?

Did you ever resolve this? I have a switch with exactly the same issue. Unfortunately, I cannot visit the switch in person. However, I have the same symptoms as you. I am getting both RAM and Flash log Alerts saying that my fans aren't working. I'm suspicious however, because if that was the case I'd expect it to be offline by now. When I interact with the UI, it freezes and hangs for about a min. If you have any notes on this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
