SF110D-16 does not work at start-up

Hello,

I have a problem with some unmanaged switched (SF110D-16).

The units operate correctly if I connect some devices to their ports, but if I switch-off the unit and re-switch it on with network cables connected the switch ports do not work.

If I physically disconnect and re-connect the ports the unit starts to operate correctly.

This is a problem in case I have a power loss...

Any hint? Did anyone else suffered the same behavior?

I have 4 of these units (brand new) and all of them present the same problem.
