I have an SG200-26 with :
Firmware : 1.1.2.0
Boot Code : 1.1.0.6
1. I noticed that some of the older intermediate updates are no longer posted on the SG200 site (eg : 1.3.7.x)
2. So what is the upgrade sequence for each ?

It looks like the version you look no longer available, maybe due that it was merged into new one.
you can upgrade to 1.4.X - read the release notes, take the backup config out of the box, (upgrade will reboot the device once to take effect).
Use always IE browser.
