SG220-26-K9-EU Reset all 15

All 15 switches in use at the factory were reset yesterday. Netgear switch and l3 switch are OK.
Do you know why only sg220 model is initialized? It is initialized when the power is turned off.

"It is initialized when the power is turned off." - means they were in UPS ? what kind of UPS

Some device are so sensitive, if the UPS is not Online, there may be short time power loss, while power to battery move, that time some device no able to co-up with that change shiftover.

I have mentioned in general - how long these device were online and up and running ?

did they come back after reset and working as expected ?

I would assume that the config was not saved on all these switches. These Cisco devices have to be saved explicitly.
