SG300-10 Firmware upgrade beyond 1.4.7.6

I recently bought some SG300-10 switches which were still at v1 firmware and so far I have been able to successfully upgrade the firmware to version 1.4.7.6.  I have tried upgrading to all of the versions beyond 1.4.7.6, but after uploading the file and rebooting, the 2nd firmware position shows as empty with no firmware loaded.  Has anyone figured out how to resolve this?  Thank you very much for your help.

Perhaps you missed the Sx300_FW_Boot_1.4.1.03 upgrade. I don't remember exactly, but I think that was needed for newer firmware versions.

Thank you very much for the feedback.  When I had downloaded the files, the boot files in 13506, 13558, 14088, and 14103 were all labeled as boot-13506, so I assumed there was no difference between the boot files.  After loading the boot file from 14103 (named 13506), I was able to successfully load all of the rest of the firmware upgrades up to version 14115.
