 Can we stack c2960s switches with C2960X-STACK= module (Catalyst 2960-X FlexStack Plus Stacking Module optional)??

Hi,

A mixed stack can be made between the C2960-S and C2960-X switches. Both have the FlexStack protocol, so you can go without problems. The one exception in the Catalyst 2960 series is the XR version, which is not stack compatible with others in the same series.
Make sure the software version is the same.

No, 2960X stacking module will not fit into a 2960S switch (and vice versa).
