SG300 DHCP not working for IP cams but works for computers

Hello,

We have both SG350 and SG300 switches with Avigilon IP cameras attached.  The SG350 issues DHCP addresses just fine, but the SG300s will not.  Layer 3 is enabled and laptops get IPs just fine from the SG300.  I tried setting all the ports for IP cameras but that doesn't work either.  Is there some magic setting for IP cameras to get DHCP addresses from the SG300 switch?
