Was wondering if anyone has received this error and what is the resolution.

Just purchased these 2 switches in February but not installed until mid April. This just started happening in the last couple weeks. Even with no devices connected this is happening. Can't get any help from TAC because we're past the 90 day mark from purchase. The company didn't get a contract as in all the years of having cisco products, they've never had an issue until today. Both switches have the latest firmware.
Any thoughts?
