Catalyst 3750-E 10G Port Compatibility?

I have a Catalyst 3750-E with 2x Twingig Converter Module (CVR-X2 SFP V02) installed:

 

 

Is this compatible with Cisco 10Gb/s SFP+ Twinax Cable, 10G DAC Direct Attach Copper Cables?

Also, is this a true 10G Twingig module? Or does it operate at 1000mb/s? Does the module provide 10gps?

No, CVR-X2 SFP V02 converts one 10Gig to 2 1Gigs. The 10G DAC Direct Attach Copper Cables are straight 10Gig with SFP+.

In another word, the switch is one gig and the DAC is 10Gig.
