SG350 PoE issue

Hi all,

I used SG350-28MP Switch for IP phone.

When I connected a IP phone to switch, i saw strange issue.

If i connect to Gigabit port#10, the phone worked well

but, i connect  to gigabit port#12, the phone not worked.

and, if i connect to gigabit port#12(phone is not working), laptop PC worked well

... have you seen ? I'm not... 

i changed ethernet cable, another phone. but, the phone still not work.

Hello Jung,

Are you having the voice VLAN configured in interface GigabitEthernet 12?

Compare the configurations that you have for both interfaces and see if you're missing something in GE 12 that's present in GE 10.

interface gi[number]

switchport mode access

switchport access vlan [**]
