SG350X XG3/XG4 Question

So I have been trying to use XG4/XG3 With a SFP+ and it well not come up on the switch. I can Plug them in to my SG300 and they come right up, Does not matter if I use a DAC, SFP or SFP+. I can see that both Transceivers are on. Are XG3/XG4 For Trunk/uplink only ?  Well they only work with other Cisco Switch's ?

Those ports are for stacking only between sg300 switches , they wont connect back to other catalyst switches with standard sfp

Then Why does it list them as Networking ports Un tell you set them up for stacking ???

There generally used for stacking between SG switches
The DOC states there capable of network too ,so its up on the SG side , whats the other switch ? what cable and SFP are you using ?
