We have an SG550XG-8F8T. Has 8 copper and 8 SFP slots. They're all 10G. My question is whether I need to purchase any additional licensing in order to use the SFP ports? Reason for asking is we're upgrading our Internet from 1GB to 2GB and need new circuit run by ISP. We want to use the SG550X to terminate the new 2GB circuit. We have an ASR1001x as well but need to spend about $10K in additional licensing if we want to use the 1001x for this. So I'm trying to find out any additional licensing costs for the SG550x.
I tried researching it myself online and couldn't get any definitive answer.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Usually, there is no need for any license when you use copper or fiber ports. Also, I don't see any license mentioned in the datasheet. So, you should be fine.

Also,

Personally, I would use the ASR as it is a much more powerful and feature rich device for facing the Internet vs an SG550X switch.
