Hi
Since a while I can't access my switch anymore via the GUI. It is stuck at 40-50%.
I did update the firmware to image_tesla_cbs350_hybrid_2.5.7.85 but that didn't change anything.
I can connect to the switch via telnet.
Latest months I could access the switch via GUI but the connection did freeze every minute for a few seconds.
Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

are you trying with hostname if so, try with IP address let us know how it goes.

I always login with the ip-address.

after upgrade it was broken, then looks like some bug here.....may be contact SMB tac for help.

It was broken before upgrading the firmware. That's why I tried that. Any idea how I can contact SMB?

Hm, I see I need a service contract for that. I don't have one anymore. The switches are about 5 years old.

These device more rely on GUI config, if you could reset to factory and check if that is better.

This switch is in a production enviroment (school) so I can't just try something new. It will have to wait till next holidays...
As long as it doesn't crash too often I can live with it.
