Should loop guard apply on etherchannel which is port channel if only one port configured as channel group

i find that loop guard is per port basis and should not apply on etherchannel on shared link.

in another words, it can not apply on etherchannel if two or more ports configured as etherchannel

Should loop guard apply on etherchannel which is port channel interface if only one port configured as channel group?
