in the MPLS cloud, should we configure all the routers to run MPLS to make it works?

Hello,

If you configure any interface (in you core) with IGP, but without MPLS, this may lead to MPLS traffic black-holing.

And to address such issues we typically use feature called "ldp igp sync".
