SHOW VER has a network config file load from tftp. Would like to load from Flash.

Unable to remove the load network config file via tftp.  I find this in the show version on a 3650.  The switch is prepared for IOS upgrade but I found a tftp config file in the show ver.  I dont want to reload the switch as I would rather load the switch from config file on flash.

Any idea how to remove this and load config from flash?

Hi

Check the show run there must be a boot statement somewhere in it telling it to pull from tftp , remove it and set boot system flash:........

Here is the boot statement in the show run.

boot-start-marker
boot system switch all flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin
boot-end-marker

A show run |  i tftp produces nothing.

Here are options in the boot config.  I dont see anything for tftp.

<removed>(config)#boot ?
  allow_dev_key  Allow_dev_key boot
  enable-break   Enable break
  manual         Manual boot
  system         System Image

<removed>(config)#boot system ?
  flash-1:      System image file
  flash:        System image file
switch        Set system image for switches in the stack
  tftp:         System image file
  usbflash0-1:  System image file
  usbflash0:    System image file

Fixed for those interested.

The fix was reload the router and it went away.

Assumption is the config was loaded via tftp from rommon(?).  Not verified.  And the show version "Network configuration file is " is informational of where running config came from and not what is loaded on next reload.
