we have two switches stacked together, tommorrow afternoon we will have no elecricity for 3 days, our UPS can't last that long.
so I try to shutdown the switches today, any thing need to take note, after three days, I just press reboot button, and does it work? thanks

Jolin,
Make sure you have taken the backup of config and ios on ftp server.
Yes power off and then connect the power cable back to the switches.
Other than that there is nothing much you can do.

how to backup ios?

Switch# wr mem
Switch#copy running-config tftp --> hit enter and then provide the tftp/ftp ip address.
Switch# copy flash:iosname tftp/ftp --> hit enter and provide the ip address of ftp.
Restore:
reverse it.
copy tftp:ipaddress/filename running-config/flash.
