Sizing proper circuits for Cat4K/ME3600

Hello,

I'm planning circuits for rack which will contain 4506 and ME3600X switches.

Both switches have different Watts/Amps figures for chassis and for power supply.

Should I plan electrical circuits based on PS specifications or on chassis specifications?

Hi,

You would need to look at the type of power supply you are using, specially for the 4500 series, as there are different types of PSU for this chassis.
