I am in the process of importing switches into the Smart Software Licensing portal. I have done several hundred to date but just noticed in the recent imports that the switches will register, I will assign them a license, then after some time, the license goes back to not in use. For example, I just imported 37 9300s into their own virtual account and assigned them the requested licenses. Under the "Product Instances" tab, all of the switches still show. After some time, the "In Use" column changed from 37 to 0, showing a surplus of 37 licenses. When I go to the switch stack, all switches are showing registered to the correct virtual account and the switch can still communicate with the smartreceiver. The only thing I did after registering them into the portal is I onboarded them into the Meraki dashboard for cloud monitoring.
