SMB product configuration on ccw

Hi,

Not sure if this could be discussed here, but I'll try

Iam trying to configure a solution based on SMB products on ccw, using the configuration tool, or opening an oip as well. For some reason products such as sd208p are not showing up in any way. Can these be configured on the ccw or not?

Hi Saeed,

I'm not sure if you mean CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace)?

CCA is the only supported tool for most small business product, which is primarily designed for the UC500 but works well with the SX300, ESW500 series switches. Any other tool may or may not work but is considered unsupported.

Also keep in mind the SD208 is an unmanaged switch. There isn't any configuration to the device.
