Hi,
I'm seeing a few logging in the Cisco 3850 switch which intermittently will cause a high latency or request time out.

I found a bug which very similar CSCuy15293

but it didn't mentioned which upgrade version to fixed this issue, may i know what is the workaround on this bug?

Raise a TAC Case. As of 30 March 2018, there are 110 Support Cases associated with this bug.
There are two workarounds:
1. Configure an SNMP filter; and/or
2. Upgrade the firmware.

You mention that one of the solutions is upgrading the firmware, but which version?
CSCuy15293 says 'No release planned to fix this bug'
