we have WS-C3650-48TQ-L module switch in our DC, but unfortunately only this switch has got a rebooted further check and noticed that SNMP agent undergoing a cold start.
Need to know why we got such logs and how to overcome this issues.
%PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_INSERTED: SFP module inserted with interface name Te1/1/3
%SNMP-5-COLDSTART: SNMP agent on host acb is undergoing a cold start
%SYS-6-BOOTTIME: Time is taken to reboot after reload = 488 seconds
%PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_INSERTED: SFP module inserted with interface name Te1/1/4

This means that the device has cold started, meaning that the device had lost its power and then regained its power.
